Ukraine national team scorers: Yet another step for Yarmolenko to the top and Zinchenko in the top 10
Two goals scored by the Ukraine national team in September qualifying matches against England (1:1) and Italy (1:2) for the Euro-2024 tournament have made some adjustments to the historical table of top scorers in our national team's history.

Two goals scored by the Ukraine national team in September qualifiers against England (1:1) and Italy (1:2) for the Euro-2024 qualification have made some adjustments to the historical table of top goal scorers in the history of our national team.
Firstly, Andriy Yarmolenko, scoring against Gianluigi Donnarumma at Milan's «San Siro», brought his tally of goals for the «blue and yellow» to 46 and got even closer to record holder Andriy Shevchenko, who has 48 successful strikes.

Secondly, the goal against England allowed Oleksandr Zinchenko to break into the top 10 of all-time leading scorers for Ukraine. Now he has nine goals on his account. The same number belongs to Andriy Vorobey (68 matches) and Andriy Gusin (71 games), but it took Zinchenko only 55 matches to achieve this.
