Glory to Ukraine! The five hundred thirty-fifth day of Russia's large-scale military aggression against our state has begun.

Last night, the Russian Federation carried out another aerial strike using Iranian Shahed-136/131 combat drones on Ukraine. Information about the consequences of this terrorist attack is being clarified at present.

Over the past day, Russian occupiers launched five missile and 31 air strikes, conducted 49 artillery attacks from multiple rocket launchers against our troops' positions and populated areas. As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are casualties among civilians, including children. Civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings, has been damaged.

The possibility of missile and air strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.

Over the past day, more than 30 combat engagements took place.

On the Volyn and Polesie Directions, the operational situation — no significant changes.

On the Northern and Slobozhansky Directions the enemy carried out mortar and artillery shelling of more than 20 populated areas, including Klyusi in Chernihiv Oblast; Seredina-Buda, Myropillya, Ugroidy in Sumy Oblast, and Okip, Veterinarne, Strelcha, Gatishche, Vovchansky Hutori, and Ohrymovka in Kharkiv Oblast.

On the Kupyansk Direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions around Synkivka and Ivanivka in Kharkiv Oblast. Carried out air strikes in the areas of Kyslivka and Pereshchepine in Kharkiv Oblast. Over 15 populated areas were shelled by artillery and mortar fire, including Kupyansk, Shykhivka, Chernenkha, Proletarske in Kharkiv Oblast.

On the Lyman Direction, the enemy carried out air strikes on the areas of Nevske, Bihorivka in Luhansk Oblast and Veselo, Zaliznyanskyi, Klyschyvka in Donetsk Oblast. Over 25 populated areas were shelled by artillery fire, including Nevske, Dibrova, Bihorivka in Luhansk Oblast and Severne, Verkhnekamyanske, Spirene, Viimaka, Rozdolivka in Donetsk Oblast.

On the Bakhmut Direction, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions around Bogdanivka, Klyschyvka and White Mountain in Donetsk Oblast. Over 20 populated areas suffered from enemy artillery shelling, including Chasiv Yar, White Mountain, Oleksandr-Shultine, Toretsk, Zalizne, New York in Donetsk Oblast.

On the Avdiyivka Direction, our defenders continue to hold off Russian troops' advance under heavy air and artillery fire around Avdiivka in Donetsk Oblast. Over 10 populated areas were shelled by artillery, including Novobakhmutivka, Stepole, Avdiivka, Severne, Perevomysk, Nevelske in Donetsk Oblast.

On the Marinka Direction, defensive forces continue to hold off Russian troops' advance around Mariinka city in Donetsk Oblast. The enemy carried out air strikes on the areas of Krasnogorivka, Mariinka, Novomikhailovka in Donetsk Oblast. Over 10 populated areas were shelled by artillery fire, including Krasnogorivka, Mariinka, Maximilianske, Paraskevivka, Novomikhailovka and Yelizavetivka in Donetsk Oblast.

On the Shakhtarsk Direction, the enemy made unsuccessful attempts to regain lost positions around Urozhayne in Donetsk Oblast. Carried out an air strike on the area of Staromajorske in Donetsk Oblast. Artillery shelling was suffered by Vodyane, Vuhledar, Bogoyavlenska, Prechystivka, Zolotaya Niva, Blagodatne in Donetsk Oblast.

On the Zaporizhzhia Direction, the enemy carried out air strikes on the areas of Novodanylivka and Orilovka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Over 20 populated areas were shelled by artillery fire, including Lobkove, Pyatihatky, Kamianske, Plyavnii in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

On the Kherson Direction, over 25 populated areas suffered from enemy artillery shelling, including Berislav, Tokaryvka, Antonivka, Komishany, Kizomys in Kherson Oblast and city of Kherson; Kutsubrub, Ochakiv in Mykolaiv Oblast.

At the same time, Ukrainian defensive forces continue to conduct offensive operations on Melitopol and Berdyansk Directions, consolidate on achieved lines, carry out counter-battery measures.

The enemy continues to use civilian educational institutions in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine for its own purposes. In particular, it was established that the school building in the populated area of Severne in Luhansk Oblast is being used for military purposes. At present, access of local residents to the school is prohibited. Meanwhile, in the city of Tokmak in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, on the territory of a kindergarten located in the northern part of the city, occupiers have set up a hospital for Russian occupation troops.

The aviation of defensive forces carried out one strike against an area of enemy personnel and equipment concentration during the past day. Our defenders also destroyed four tactical-level reconnaissance drones.

Subunits of rocket forces and artillery hit one S-125 Neva (SA-3 Goa) air defense missile system of the enemy.
