President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, reporting on a lengthy meeting of the General Headquarters Staff and about Ukrainian food exports as a key factor in stabilizing food markets.

"I wish health to all dear Ukrainians,

A brief report for the day.

First – The Staff. The meeting was lengthy, much longer than planned.

We thoroughly reviewed the situation on the front lines in all directions - where we are defending and where we are advancing step by step.

The commanders reported: Chief of General Staff Zaluzhny, General Syrski, General Tarnavsky. We discussed in detail how exactly and within what timeframe, with which support and logistics, a greater result will be achieved for Ukraine.

Production of ammunition and weapons in Ukraine by our defense industry complex. We are simplifying all procedures as much as possible, removing any bureaucracy that still hinders producers. Minister Kamishyn reported on this. The results will follow.

The Black Sea and food exports, the security of our ports – these were discussed by the Navy commander, government officials, and intelligence leaders. Let Russian terrorists not even hope to provoke a global food crisis or create another price shock.

Ukrainian food exports are a key factor in stabilizing food markets. We work with all our partners both regionally and globally to ensure food security.

By the way, tomorrow in Jeddah – in Saudi Arabia – negotiations will begin among heads of state representatives regarding the peace formula. Many countries will be represented, from different continents, including Global South states.

This is very important because issues such as food security directly affect millions of people in Africa, Asia, and other parts of the world depending on how quickly the international community implements the peace formula.

I am grateful to Saudi Arabia for this platform for negotiations. Recently there was a meeting in the same format in Copenhagen. We are gradually moving towards a Global Peace Summit.

It is very important that the world sees: a fair and honest conclusion of Russian aggression will benefit everyone around the globe. Everyone! Liberating Ukrainian land from occupiers – this restores full respect for international law and the UN Charter. Eliminating all threats created by Russia to Ukraine's and global security – this returns peace to international relations and stability to global life. I am grateful to everyone who supports the peace formula and has already joined joint efforts towards its full implementation.

Today, I had another opportunity to thank everyone in the United States of America who helps Ukraine defend freedom: both parties, Congress, President Biden, every American family and community. American leadership is truly vital. Not just for freedom in our region – this is a global issue. And at a meeting with Christopher Christy, one of the influential figures in American politics, a member of the Republican Party, we talked precisely about how important it is to strengthen support for freedom and democracy. I am grateful that Mr. Christy – among those who want to see the situation firsthand. He began his visit to Ukraine by visiting Bucha. There you fully understand what Russia's aggression brings to Ukraine and all of Europe, to the entire free world.

There was also a report from SBU head Malyuk today. I will not disclose the content. I will only say that we are grateful to the Security Service of Ukraine for bringing the war back to the state-aggressor. What you bring into the world, with that same thing you end up.

Thank you to all our heroes! Thank you to everyone around the world who supports Ukraine! Thank you each and every one who is advancing the realization of the peace formula!

We will win. And we will win!

Glory to Ukraine!"
