The meeting of Vbet Extra League club leaders took place under the chairmanship of AFU President Serhiy Vladik and Vice-President Volodymyr Grimail, according to the press service of the Ukrainian Futsal Association.

Ten representatives from ten teams participating in next season's league attended the meeting: "HIT" (Kyiv), "Energiya" (Lviv), "in.IT" (Lviv), "Hurricane" (Ivano-Frankivsk), "Cardinal-Rivne" (Rivne), "Sokil" (Khmelnytskyi), MSK "Kharkiv" (Kharkiv), "Rescuer" (Romny), as well as the combined team "Aurora-CLAST" (Kyiv) and newcomer "SkyUp Futsal" (Kyiv). Unfortunately, Chernihiv's "Chernigivoblenergo" will not start the new season.

During the meeting, the conditions for teams' participation in the upcoming season were agreed upon, as well as the format and terms of interaction between clubs and AFU and the league's title sponsor - international company Vbet. Thus, the main men's division of Ukrainian futsal will bear the name "Vbet Extra League" in the new season, just like in the previous one. Participants also agreed on a previously discussed format and system: three regular championship rounds and playoff stages for the top eight teams.

The new season will start with the match for the Super Cup of Ukraine on August 17 between champion "HIT" (Kyiv) and holder of the Cup of Ukraine "Cardinal-Rivne" (Rivne). The city where the match for the Super Cup of Ukraine will take place will be known after a corresponding tender.

The basic date for the first round of the new championship is August 26.

The basic date for the end of the regular season is April 22.

The basic date for the start of the playoff stage is May 3.

Quarterfinals will last until two wins by one team. Semifinals and finals will last until three wins by one team. The same applies to the third-place series, which will also last until three wins by one team. If there is a need for five matches in the championship series, then the decisive game will be played on June 22.

As for the Cup of Ukraine, instead of "Final Eight" it returns to "Final Four" in the new tournament format. Clubs from Vbet Extra League will start their battle for the Cup of Ukraine at the round of 1/8 finals (the basic date for the first matches is February 7). Prior preliminary and qualifying rounds of the tournament will be played before this stage. The "Final Four" itself will be held towards the end of April.

The draw for the new season's calendar is scheduled for July 26.
