The meeting approved the results of the All-Ukrainian football competitions among UPL club teams for the 2022/2023 season (VBET League, U-19 championship), taking into account the latest decision of the UEFA Disciplinary Committee regarding the match between the "Minay" and "Zorya" teams in the 30th round (technical victory for Zakarpattya — 3:0).

Decisions were made concerning the composition of UPL participants for the next season: clubs "Inhulets" (Petrove), "Metalist" (Kharkiv) and "Lviv" will be leaving, while "Polissya" (Zhytomyr), "Obolon'" (Kyiv) and "LNZ" (Cherkasy) will join the elite division.

Representatives of UPL clubs discussed and supported the idea of forming a working group to reform the U-19 championship.
