To your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on June 4, 2023, regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The four hundred sixty-sixth day of the large-scale military aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine has begun.

Last night, Russian occupiers launched another missile strike on Ukraine. Information about the consequences of this terrorist attack is currently being verified.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out two missile strikes in the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions, including using OTRK "Iskander". One "Iskander-K" missile hit a suburb of Dnipro — damaging a two-story residential building, over 20 civilians were injured, including children. In addition, the enemy carried out 30 air strikes and conducted 56 artillery attacks on our military positions and populated areas.

The likelihood of missile and air strikes across all of Ukraine remains high.

The enemy continues to concentrate its main efforts on attempts at full occupation of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. There were 23 combat engagements over the past day.

On the Volyn and Polesie fronts, the operational situation — no significant changes.

On the Northern and Slobozhanskyi fronts, the enemy carried out an air strike in the area of Hativka, Kharkiv region. Conducted mortar and artillery shelling of populated areas such as Gremyach, Hay, Dmitrivka Chernihiv region; Atinske, Bezsalivka, Oleksandrivka, Yunakiivka, Mogrytsia, Stepok, Velyka Pysarivka Sumy region, and Ivashyky, Udi, Veterynarnoe, Kozacha Lopan, Hoptivka, Vishcha Yaruga, Pilna, Zeleno, Veselo, Starytsya, Ogirceve, Hativka, Vovchanske, Vilcha, Bochkove, Budarky and Chugunivka in the Kharkiv region.

On the Kupyansk front, during the day that passed, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions near Novoselivske, Luhansk region. Carried out air strikes in the area of Serhiyivka, Donetsk region. The areas of Masutivka, Liman First, Kislivka, Tabayivka, Berestove Kharkiv region and Novoselivske on the Luhansk region suffered from artillery and mortar shelling.

On the Lyman front, during the past day, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Bakhmutka, Luhansk region and Sporivna — Donetsk. Carried out air strikes in the areas of Bakhmutka Luhansk region and Severnyy Donetsk region. The areas of Makieivka, Nevsko, Bakhmutka Luhansk region and Verkhnyokamyanske, Torske, Sporne and Rozdolivka on the Donetschchyna suffered from artillery shelling.

On the Bakhmut front, the enemy carried out offensive actions towards Ivanivske and White Mountain, but was unsuccessful. Carried out air strikes in the areas of Kurdyumivka and White Mountain Donetsk region. The areas of Vasukivka, Oryhovo-Vasylivka, Chasiv Yar, Sloviansk, Ivanivske, Predtechine, White Mountain, New York and Shevchenko Donetsk region suffered from enemy artillery shelling.

On the Avdiyivka front, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions. Carried out air strikes in the area of Avdiyivka. Conducted artillery shelling of populated areas such as Avdiyivka, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Karlivka Donetsk region.

On the Marinka front, during the past day, the enemy carried out offensive actions in the area of Mariinka city, but our defenders repelled all 11 enemy attacks. The enemy suffered significant losses in manpower and equipment. At the same time, the enemy continues to destroy our cities and villages, carrying out an air strike on Mariinka, conducting artillery shelling of populated areas such as Maximilianiivka, Mariinka, Pobeda, Novomikhaylivka, Antonivka, Katerinivka and Yantarnoe Donetsk region.

On the Shakhtarsk front, the enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of Vuhledar and Prechystyvky Donetsk region. Conducted shelling of populated areas around the line of combat engagement, including Vuhledar, Prechystyvky and Novoukrayinka Donetsk region.

On the Zaporizhzhya and Kherson fronts, the enemy continues to conduct defensive actions. Carried out air strikes in the areas of Poltavka and Hulyai Pole Zaporizhzhya region. Conducted artillery shelling of populated areas such as Vremivka, Zeleno Pole Donetsk region; Burlyatske, Maliyevka, Bihor’y, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka, Novoyanivka, Kamianske, Lukyanovske and Komishuvahta Zaporizhzhya region, as well as Zolota Balka, Zmiyivka, Berislaw, Burgunka, Ivanivka, Dachi, Zimivnik, Bilyozerkha, Dniprovskoye, Kizomys Kherson region and the city of Kherson.

In Svatovo, Luhansk region, on June 2nd, nearly 40 servicemen of Russian occupation forces deserted, leaving their combat positions voluntarily. In connection with this, in order to search for deserters, two Russian helicopters and a unit of the Rosgvardia were deployed.

The aviation of the Armed Forces carried out 11 strikes on areas of personnel concentration as well as six — on enemy air defense missile systems over the past day.

Our defenders destroyed six enemy reconnaissance UAVs, as well as two attack UAVs of the "Lancet" type.

Subunits of rocket forces and artillery inflicted damage on a command post, an air defense missile system, six artillery subunits in firing positions and three ammunition depots of the enemy over the past day.
