— having reviewed the case materials regarding the statement made by FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) footballer Vladyslav Vana after the 16th round UPL match between "Dynamo" (Kyiv) and "Ingulets" (Petrove), which took place on March 4, for acts of discrimination, suspended the player from participating in matches for 3 (three) games and conditionally for 2 (two) games, as well as obligated FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 100,000 UAH. The decision can be appealed to the Appeals Committee of the UAF;

— for violations of the UPL Regulations and additional security measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law during the 24th round UPL match between "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) and "Minay", which took place on May 3, including for violating requirements to conduct the match without spectators, obligated FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 15,000 UAH;

— for violations of additional security measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law during the 25th round UPL match between "Veres" (Rivne) and "Kolos" (Kovalivka), which took place on May 8, specifically for a repeated violation of requirements to conduct the match without spectators, obligated FC "Veres" (Rivne) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 20,000 UAH.

The Ukrainian Football Association once again resolutely condemns any manifestations of inappropriate and discriminatory behavior by football subjects towards official match officials.

We remind that according to the decision of the Executive Committee of the UAF, during the period of martial law, funds received by the UAF as mandatory financial contributions from clubs for decisions made by the Control and Disciplinary and Appeals Committees of the UAF are transferred to the United24 platform.
