President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about the adoption of five sanction packages aimed at further isolating the enemy and about another meeting of the General Staff.

"I wish health to all dear Ukrainians!

Today is a sanctions day. We have adopted five sanction packages that we prepared very carefully over these weeks in the National Security and Defense Council, cabinet of ministers, offices, and our special services.

Firstly, this is a package concerning "Zaporizhstal". We are blocking the influence on this company by the state-terrorist that existed thanks to various key and offshore individuals. The share controlled by Russia through one of the systemic banks will be confiscated and will operate for Ukraine and Ukrainians.

We will not leave any connection of the state-terrorist in Ukraine, which it can use against our country, economy or people.

In addition, sanction packages have been adopted that continue our course towards isolating and blocking Russian military industry.

Hundreds of physical and legal entities of the state-terrorist and those associated with Russia are becoming targets for global isolation. We work very actively with partners to ensure that everyone who actually produces this aggression, who provides weapons, ammunition, equipment and technology in the hands of terrorists — all will be crushed by the world.

Thank you to everyone helping Ukraine press Russia on this war, as well as block attempts by the state-terrorist to circumvent sanctions. I am convinced that this should be recognized as one of the most serious crimes against international law and international peace — attempting to circumvent sanctions introduced to limit resources for aggression or assisting in such efforts.

I chaired a meeting today at the General Staff. There were important reports from operational command commanders. I especially highlight the report by Generals Syrskyi and Tarnavskiy — commanders of OSUM "Khortytsia" and "Taurida", respectively. The Chief of General Staff Zaluzhny, Minister of Defense Reznikov, and Minister of Strategic Industries Kamishin also gave reports.

What is important to understand now? Occupants are already internally prepared for defeat.

They have already lost this war in their minds. We must press them every day so that their very feeling of defeat turns into their retreat, their mistakes, and their losses.

I thank everyone who is destroying the enemy! I thank all those who are returning Ukraine's land despite any difficulties! We are preparing to add you, soldiers, even more weapons, more opportunities to overcome the aggressor and restore peace.

Today I spoke with British Prime Minister Sunak. Thank you, Rishi, for your unwavering support and exactly those steps that give the whole world an understanding that the United Kingdom will always be a leader.

We discussed our current cooperation in weapons, our future defense cooperation, as well as diplomatic steps we need to take together to bring us closer to our common victory.

To ensure: whoever is an aggressor against the free world will end up with such shame as the Kremlin.
