The Croatian Football Federation announced that Dragan Šokić is the new head coach of the country's youth national team, replacing Igor Bizić who took over Zagreb's "Dinamo."

Šokić's most recent position was with Iran's national team, which he led to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. He has also coached "Rijeka," Slovenian "Interblock Ljubljana," Kuwaiti "Al-Arabi," Saudi Arabian "Al-Nassr," and Iranian teams "Malavan," "Foolad," "Raik Babol," and "Sanat Naft."
