On Saturday, April 15, the Ukraine FIFA national team played matches in the second game day of the online qualification for the FIFAe Nations Cup 2023.

This is the second stage of the world championship selection, with match series taking place in a 2vs2 format in the FIFA 23 simulator on PS5.

Oleksandr CIG Grishay Gryshai and Andriy CIG ST92 Shakalov, who represent Ukraine in these competitions, unsuccessfully started their game day, conceding to Serbia's team again (1:2).

However, unlike the opening game day, Ukrainian esports players demonstrated very confident play thereafter and won five out of six matches, suffering only a minimal loss to world vice-champions Poland (0:1).

In matches against Turkey (2:0), Hungary (4:2), Bosnia and Herzegovina (4:3), Croatia (3:0) and Latvia (4:2), the blue-and-yellow team scored 17 goals, which helped them secure second place in Group B with 26 points and advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs.

On April 16, the final game day of the FIFAe Nations Cup 2023 online qualification will take place. For a spot in the FIFAe Nations Cup 2023 playoffs, Ukraine's team will compete against Belgium's national team.
