President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about sanctions against those who work for Russian aggression and one of the most cynical and anti-human crimes of our time.

"I wish health to all dear Ukrainians!

Signed two decrees on sanctions against those who work for Russian aggression.

These are officials of the state-aggressor, its defense industry — hundreds of companies — and collaborators. This concerns more than 650 new sanctioned individuals.

The Security Service of Ukraine will continue this work. And no one who helps terrorists, works for them, supplies or produces weapons for terror — no one will escape accountability.

Blocking accomplices of terror, isolating the state-terrorist, defeating it and judicial processes — this is what awaits all those who started and wage war against Ukraine and the international order.

By the way, Switzerland joined the tenth package of EU sanctions this week.

This is important when neutral countries in a military-political sense still take a clear moral stance towards Russian terror, towards Russia's destruction of the global order based on rules.

Only in unity can we preserve peace as the basis for international relations, and I thank Switzerland for its appropriate decisions.

I spoke today with President of France Emmanuel Macron. Very detailed, for an hour. About the situation on the front lines, about our political cooperation, how we are moving forward in implementing Ukraine's peace formula. Thank you to France for its unwavering support.

Overall, this week brought a series of positive news for Ukraine, for our defense and for the protection of normal life for all free nations.

Within OSCE, work has begun on the first separate international report that will be dedicated to Russia's violent deportation of Ukrainian children and attempts at assimilation of our children.

This crime by Russia — one of the most cynical and anti-human crimes of our time.

Russia is committing it systematically and calculatedly, on a state level. Systematic will be the responsibility for it as well. Responsibility of Russia as a state and all those involved.

Thank you to Germany for new steps in military support that were made this week.

Thank you to Croatia for another package of military support. Thank you to North Macedonia for the decision regarding helicopters. Slovakia, Slovenia.

Thank you to Canada for financial support, funds have already arrived in Ukraine's state budget.

Thank you to the IMF for a new program for Ukraine. The program has been approved. Amount — over 15 billion. This will help us maintain social stability.

Unfortunately, we have another obviously absurd and destructive news. Today, the state-terrorist began voting in the UN Security Council.

Yesterday, Russian army killed yet another Ukrainian child. A five-month-old boy named Danylo. From Avdiivka, on Donbas. Parents injured. Russian artillery. One of hundreds of artillery attacks that the state-terrorist carries out daily.

And at this point Russia is voting in UN Security Council.

It's hard to imagine something more indicative of a complete bankruptcy of such institutions...

There is no form of terror that has not been committed by Russia. And there will be no reason that will stop the reform of global institutions, including UN Security Council. A reform that obviously ripened — so that a state-terrorist and any other state wishing to become one cannot destroy peace.

Terrorists must lose, they must answer for terror, not vote anywhere.

Glory to all who are in battle now!

I thank everyone who helps Ukraine. Who defends the international order based on rules. I thank everyone who saves and helps save our people after injuries from Russian shelling.

Eternal memory to all adults and children whose lives were taken by Russia's terror!

Glory to Ukraine!"
