President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about the acceleration by European partners in supplying ammunition for our artillery and a new defense package from the United States.

"I wish good health to all citizens of Ukraine!

We have several important decisions today, primarily defensive ones.

Our European partners agreed on a joint plan to accelerate the supply of ammunition for our artillery.

The weight of this decision is 2 billion euros. It includes both immediate supply and production of ammunition.

This is a strategic step. It adds confidence in our unity, in the unchanging path to victory over the state-terrorist.

Thank you to all our European partners! To everyone truly interested in a strong and free Europe.

A new defense package from the United States was announced today. The amount is $350 million.

This includes missiles for «HIMARS», artillery, and other ammunition — everything truly needed to support our soldiers.

Thank you President Biden, Congress, all Americans!

I held three international talks today.

With Chancellor of Austria Karl Nehammer, we discussed bilateral cooperation — humanitarian and political issues. As well as our common opportunities to restore justice violated by Russian aggression.

I thanked Austria for joining the group preparing to establish a special tribunal regarding Russia’s aggression against our country.

I also thanked Ireland — Mr. Prime Minister for his country joining this group. The circle of partners willing to work together to punish Russia for its aggression is expanding inevitably, making the prospect of punishment more realistic.

It is not enough to hold accountable those responsible for crimes generated by aggression.

There must also be retribution — entirely just and legal — for the very original crime that spawned all other war crimes.

This is precisely what will ensure a special tribunal. Every day we are getting closer to its establishment.

By the way, today this issue and our joint work with the International Criminal Court were discussed in London during a conference of European justice ministers.

I addressed the participants of the conference and called on them to support all elements of international efforts to ensure that the aggressor is precisely punished.

It is very important that both with the Austrian Chancellor and with the Irish Prime Minister, we discussed possibilities for treating and rehabilitating our people injured by Russian weapons.

With Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte, we focused on defense issues in a completely practical conversation to help realize our peace formula.

I informed about the situation at the front lines, our main needs and possibilities.

Thank you Mr. Prime Minister for your full understanding of the situation and your unwavering belief that European values are stronger than Russian hatred towards European freedom.

I want to once again today, as always, honor our fighters. All those fighting for our country.

56th and 57th separate mechanized brigades — thank you boys! Thank you for your strength and resilience in defending Bakhmut!

Soldiers of the 72nd separate mechanized brigade named after Black Zaporozhians, paratroopers of «sixty-ninth», marines of the 35th and 36th separate brigades, 74th separate reconnaissance battalion, our artillerymen of the 55th «Zaporizhzhia Sich» brigade — I am glad to be able to thank you constantly for your results, strength, resilience in Donetsk!

Kherson direction... 406th separate artillery brigade and 131st separate reconnaissance battalion — well done, boys! Always accurate, always strong!

Thank you to everyone who is fighting today!

Glory to all those defending the independence of our country!

Thank you to everyone helping!

Glory to Ukraine!"
