Note to your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on March 7, 2023 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The three hundred seventy-seventh day of Russia's large-scale invasion has begun.

Main efforts of the occupiers are concentrated on conducting offensive operations on the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions. Over the past day, Ukrainian forces repelled more than 140 attacks by the enemy.

In total, the enemy carried out 50 air strikes and five missile strikes. In particular, during air raids, the enemy used 11 unmanned aerial vehicles of the "Shahed-136" type, nine of which were shot down. The occupiers also conducted 59 rocket artillery attacks, including on populated areas. There is a high probability that missile strikes will be carried out across all of Ukraine's territory.

On the Volynian, Polesian, Northern and Slobodian directions, formations for offensive groupings have not been detected. During the past day, areas around populated places Senkivka and Karpyvychi in Chernihiv Oblast; Starikove, Holishivske, Pavlivka, Volfinne and Grabovske in Sumy Oblast as well as Veterinarnoe, Strilecha, Krasnoe, Terova, Ogireve, Vovchanske and Budarki on the Kharkivshchina were shelled.

On the Kupyansk and Lyman directions, the enemy is trying to break through our troops' defense. He carried out unsuccessful offensive actions towards populated places Grynykivka, Novoselivka, Bihorivka and Fedorivka. Conducted artillery strikes on areas around populated places Putynovke, Figolivka, Dvorychne, Grynykivka and Krymchale in Kharkiv Oblast; Novoselyvske, Steblyakhivka, Novoselivka, Chervonopopivka and Dybrova — Luhansk and Terny, Yampeil, Rozdolivka and Fedorivka on the Donets.

On the Bakhmut direction, despite significant losses, the enemy continues to storm the city of Bakhmut and its surroundings. Over the past day alone, near the village of Dubovo-Vasylivka, the enemy carried out 37 attacks. Also conducted offensive actions in areas around populated places Bihorivka, Fedorivka, Zaliznyanske, Yagydne and Ivanivske — without success. Artillery and mortar strikes were recorded in areas around populated places Zaliznyanske, Orhyvov-Vasylivka, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Chasyi Yar, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Stupochki, Druzhba, Toretsk, Mayorisk and New York.

On the Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions, occupiers unsuccessfully conducted offensive actions towards populated places Novokalynove, Krasnogorivka, Kamianka, Severne, Pervomaiske, Neveliske and Mariinka in Donetsk Oblast. Enemy shelling was experienced, including by Krasnogorivka, Kamianka, Avdiivka, Tonienkoe, Severne, Vodiane, Pervomaiske, Neveliske, Mariinka, Vuhledar and Velika Novosilka.

On the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy is conducting defense. Shelling was experienced, including by Veremivka in Donetsk Oblast; Hulyaypole, Zaliznyche, Hulyaipilske, Kamianske, Tavriiske in Zaporizhzhia Oblast; Nikopol on Dnipropetrovshchina as well as Zhmiyevka, Shlyahove, Kherson, Kozatske, Olhyvka, Tyagynka, Antonivka and Bilozerka in Kherson Oblast.

To achieve certain goals regarding the issuance of Russian passports, occupiers continue to exert pressure on residents of Zaporizhzhia Oblast. In some populated places, since January 1st, people who do not have a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation cannot receive financial payments, including salaries. Payments must be made exclusively through cards from Russian banks.

To ensure their military personnel, in temporarily occupied Luhansk, Russian occupiers decided to use part of the city's polyclinic as barracks. Two-tier beds for individual accommodation have already been brought into the premises. At the same time, management of the medical facility must resolve a number of issues regarding staff placement and patient reception.

The aviation of the Armed Forces carried out 15 strikes on areas where occupiers are concentrated as well as an attack on a surface-to-air missile system at a firing position.

In addition to unmanned aerial vehicles "Shahed-136", during the past day, our defenders shot down an enemy Su-25 aircraft and eight drones of various types.

Subunits of rocket forces and artillery struck a command post, eight areas where occupiers are concentrated, two anti-aircraft defense systems of the enemy, an artillery subunit at firing positions, an ammunition depot and a radar station of the occupiers.
