President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about the need to punish all Russian killers, every organizer of this aggression and about preparing for the next heating season already now.

Today marks the end of the first week of a new spring, and it is important to highlight what has been accomplished during this week. For Ukraine.

A large conference took place with the participation of many of our partners - lawyers from Ukraine, all of Europe and the world. United for Justice. "United for Justice." Step by step we are moving towards ensuring full responsibility of the state-terrorist for what it has done against our country and its people.

All Russian killers must be punished, every organizer of this aggression, everyone who in any way supports war against our country and terror against our people. And this is not just a dream of justice. This is work that is already underway. These are agreements we have already achieved. These are institutions that are working and will work even more actively to restore justice. To punish those guilty of aggression.

The world is strong enough to punish Russia for the war. And we will give the world the courage and tools needed for this punishment to take place. Every day adds confidence in this. And I thank all our partners who are helping build a network of legal cooperation so that appropriate judgments can be heard and implemented.

The second important result of this week is energy, the start of preparation for the next heating season. Already now. We will work through all scenarios and do everything to approach the next winter prepared for any threat.

In half a year our energy experts, officials, security and defense sector and everyone involved in carrying out these tasks must do specific things. Strengthen protection of energy objects, restore infrastructure that was destroyed by Russian strikes over the past six months, give more opportunities to our people within the project of decentralizing the power system so that they can generate and supply electricity on their private territory, at their private facilities. This is a huge job, it has already started.

The third result I would like to highlight. International relations. Contacts were renewed at the highest level with Brazil. Spoke with the new President of Switzerland. Also - Netherlands, Latvia, Estonia, European Parliament and other EU structures. With all of them there are new agreements, new movement towards our common goals, new potential for cooperation.

And, of course, this week is another week when our soldiers and everyone who helps defend the country brought Ukraine's victory closer. Repelled attacks, destroyed occupiers, undermined enemy positions and logistics, protected our borders and cities. I thank every soldier and every woman fighting now! Thank you all whose lives give salvation to Ukraine!

I especially highlight today for bravery, strength and unbreakability of soldiers who are fighting in Donbas. One of the hardest battles. Painful and difficult. 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade "Cold Stream", 77th Separate Airborne Brigade, 56th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade, 5th Separate Assault Regiment. Also - our National Guard members, border guards. 3rd Operational Purpose Brigade of the National Guard. Donetsk, Luhansk, Kramatorsk Border Detachments and formed detachments "Dover", "Volyn", "Chernihiv". Thank you, boys! I thank all soldiers, guardsmen, border guards who are defending our country on the Bakhmutsky, Avdiyivsky, Severny, Svatovsky, Lysychansk and Zaporizhzhia directions.

I also thank every volunteer helping our boys maintain resilience! I thank all our doctors, nurses who are saving lives and health of our fighters!

We are already preparing for a new week - there will be new results for Ukraine.
