Note to your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on March 3, 2023 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The three hundred and seventy-third day of Russia's large-scale invasion has begun.

On the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Shakhtarsk directions over the past day our soldiers repelled more than 85 enemy attacks. The enemy continues to violate international humanitarian law. Thus, the occupiers carried out 31 air strikes and three missile strikes, including on civilian infrastructure in the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions. There are injured among civilians, residential high-rise buildings and private homes have been damaged. In addition, 88 artillery shelling from multiple rocket launchers were recorded.

The threat of enemy missile strikes remains significant across the entire territory of Ukraine.

On the Volyn, Polesie, Sever, and Slobozhansky directions the operational situation — no significant changes. Over the past day, the enemy carried out mortar and artillery shelling of populated areas in Timonovychi, Zarychche, Gremyach, Khrynivka Chernihiv region; Boyaro-Lyachyky, Atynske, Iskriskyvshchina, Kindratiivka, Myropil'ske, Popivka Sumy region and the areas of 18 populated places in Kharkiv region, including — Krasne, Glybokoye, Veselo, Vovchansky, Ogireve, Strilecha.

On the Kupyansk and Lyman directions the enemy carried out offensive actions in the areas of Bilohorivka Luhansk region and Spirne Donetsk region, without success. Carried out artillery shelling near 20 populated places. This includes Dvorichna, Lyman First, Petro-Pavlivka, Kupyansk Kharkiv region; Makieyevka and Kreminna Luhansk region and Rozdolovka — Donetsk.

On the Bakhmut direction the enemy does not stop storming the city of Bakhmut. Our defenders repelled attacks in the areas of Orilovo-Vasylivky, Dubovo-Vasylivky, Hryhorivka, Bohdanivka and Bakhmut Donetsk region. Enemy shelling was experienced by Vasukyvka, Zaliznyanske, Orilovo-Vasylivka, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Chasiv Yar, Klyshchyovka, Kurdyumivka, Ozaryanivka, Dilievka, Mayor'sk and New York.

On the Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions the enemy continues unsuccessfully to attack our positions. Carried out artillery and mortar shelling in the areas of 18 populated places, including — Berdychi, Avdiivka, Vodyane, Veselo, Bozhayvlenka, Velika Novosilka and Volodar Donetsk region.

On the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions enemy artillery fire was experienced by more than 45 populated places, including Novosilka and Vremyvka Donetsk region; Zaliznyche, Hulyaypole, Kamianske Zaporizhzhia region, as well as Veselo, Berislav, Chornobayivka, Antonivka and Kherson.

Russian occupiers continue to rob the population on temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region. In particular, since the beginning of February 2023 Russian mercenaries began actively seizing cars from residents who have not received Russian passports.

Representatives of so-called occupation authorities are putting pressure on local residents to seize land plots. The majority of residents of the village of Boyove Kherson region refused to transfer their private plots to the balance of the local occupation administration. As of March 1 this year, about 200 people from this village were taken in an unknown direction for so-called filtration measures, and into their houses Russian mercenaries are quartered.

The aviation of the Defense Forces carried out 13 strikes on areas of enemy personnel concentration and military equipment during the past day. Also our defenders shot down a Su-25 enemy attack aircraft, Mi-24 helicopter and seven UAVs (one — type "Super Kam", two — "Orlan" and four — "Lancet").

Subunits of rocket troops and artillery inflicted damage on six enemy concentration areas and his ammunition stock.
