Ukrainian coaches undergoing the PRO program training completed a session at the UAF Licensing Center.

A distinctive feature of this session, which took place in Lviv, was that besides our instructors, there was also UEFA supervisor Dariusz Paszka—Polish coach and former player who once played in Germany's Bundesliga.

Under the close supervision of the supervisor, over three days methodological and practical sessions were held for coaches, during which participants discussed various topics—ranging from psychology to planning the preparatory period based on their own teams, as well as analyzing opponents' and their own team's game structures.

A lot of work was done in small groups where coaches worked on their assignments. Coaches also conducted practical sessions followed by discussions.

Director of the UAF Licensing Center Valeriy Shamardin was satisfied with the results of the session: "Training in Lviv from January 30 to February 1 was attended by twenty coaches. In addition to me, lectures were given by specially invited experts—Igor Khimich, Andriy Tlumak, Oleg Bayrachnyi, Oleksiy Boychishyn, Vadym Lazorenko and UEFA supervisor Dariusz Paszka.

All participants were divided into four groups of five people each. They worked in an active mode for three days; the guys even got a bit tired as sessions ran from half past ten to nine o'clock at night. This was a real mental challenge, and the results were very good. I would like to note that the next session is scheduled in two or three months on dates set by UEFA."

Overall, twenty coaches participated in the session, including former well-known football players such as Serhiy Kravchenko, Oleksiy Antonov, Yaroslav Vishnyak, Oleksiy Hay, Denis Koltchin, Oleksandr Kucher, Vitaliy Rozgon, Serhiy Simonenko, and Denis Khomutov.
