Inclusive Football Sections in Chernigiv Oblast

The first cycle of inclusive football section training under the project of the Ukrainian Football Association, consisting of 20 sessions, was completed in Chernigiv region. (Note: There seems to be a discrepancy as "Черкащина" refers to Cherkasy region, not Chernigiv. However, I've kept the original name provided in the source text.) Corrected version: The first cycle of inclusive football section training under the project of the Ukrainian Football Association, consisting of 20 sessions, was completed in Cherkasy region.
