"Wishing health to all Ukrainians!"

We have some very important financial news today. First, there is another tranche of macro-financial assistance from the European Union amounting to 2.5 billion euros. This is extremely significant. We also expect approval for a macro-financial assistance program for next year in the amount of 18 billion euros.

Secondly, the United States announced that they will soon direct additional funding totaling $4.5 billion to directly support our budget.

Thank you to our partners for these significant steps towards solidarity. Thanks to such decisions from our friends, we are maintaining social stability and fulfilling our social obligations despite all Russian attacks. And this is an obligation to millions of people.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, we have been making stable pension payments — almost 11 million Ukrainians and Ukrainian women of retirement age. We have also indexed pensions as required by law. Six million citizens receive one form or another of social support.

This month alone, social payments total nearly 14 billion hryvnia. This is assistance to large families, low-income individuals, single mothers, and people with disabilities. More than two million internally displaced persons are receiving state aid. Plus salaries for public sector workers. We are doing everything we can to ensure payments for all our defenders.

The financial front is just as important for Ukraine right now as the frontline.

And I thank everyone who helps our country accumulate necessary funds. Our friends around the world, and businesses that continue to work and pay taxes despite everything.

Regarding the energy front. Energy workers and communal services in many regions are continuing restoration work on the network. We are preparing for possible new terrorist attacks against our power system.

As of this evening, at 16 oblasts and Kyiv, only stabilization schedules are being applied. But we must understand that sudden spikes in consumption may also lead to emergency outages.

We are rolling out our new support project across the country — "Unbreakable Points." According to today's results, over 4 thousand such points have already been prepared. Even more are planned.

If massive Russian strikes occur again and it is understood that power supply cannot be restored within hours, then the work of "Unbreakable Points" will activate — there all basic services will be available. This includes electricity, mobile communication and internet, heating, water, a first aid kit. It's completely free and operates around the clock.

The points will operate compulsorily at all oblast and district administrations, as well as schools, buildings of DSNSS, etc.

A special website nezlamnist.gov.ua is already operational, where a map of such points across the country is posted. It is constantly being updated.

It's important to check now where these points are in your city and community, and keep an eye on updates over the coming weeks as new points will be added.

On the website and at all "Unbreakable Points," you can find out where nearby gas stations, bank branches, pharmacies, and stores operate.

We must all be prepared for any scenarios, considering how terrorists are fighting against our people and what they are trying to do.

Local authorities have been tasked with informing the public about the availability of "Unbreakable Points." This should be very simple: in government buildings, pharmacies, stores, post offices there must be information on where a person can find support during prolonged power outages.

And it is also important that our initiative is now being joined by conscientious businesses. Thank you to all entrepreneurs who have decided to support society and are making their business objects "Unbreakable Points" — with generators, "Starlinks," water, and other supplies.

Please note that on our website nezlamnist.gov.ua there is a special form for representatives of businesses who want to join and become an "Unbreakable Point" for Ukrainians. I am confident: helping each other, we will all get through this winter together.

The situation on the front line over the past day has not changed. The dynamics remain the same as in previous days across all sectors of the frontline.

Donetsk — fierce attacks, constant shelling. I thank all our heroes who are bravely holding the defense despite everything!

Luhansk — with battles, but we are gradually strengthening our position and advancing.

Kherson and other southern territories — we are doing everything to reduce the combat potential of occupiers and eliminate their ability to shell our cities.

Step by step, we will bring Russian troops to new defeats. No shelling of Kherson or any other of our cities by occupiers will help them in any way.

The Sea... On our crowdfunding platform United24, funds are being actively accumulated for sea drones. Unity always yields great results. Ordinary people. Over 50 Ukrainian companies. International businesses. Plus our Lithuanian friends. Plus the IT community. In total, people from 93 countries have joined our initiative! We are gradually building Ukraine's fleet of sea drones!
