Note to your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on October 14, 2022 regarding the Russian invasion into our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The two hundred and thirty-third day of heroic resistance of the Ukrainian nation against the Russian large-scale invasion has begun.

The aggressor continues to concentrate efforts on attempting to implement their plans for advancing into the administrative border of Donetsk Oblast, as well as maintaining control over occupied areas in Kherson, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv regions.

The enemy is shelling our positions along the entire line of confrontation, conducting engineering equipment of positions on certain directions, carrying out aerial reconnaissance, mobilizing reserves, conducting conscription, recruiting mercenaries.

The adversary does not cease to inflict strikes on critical infrastructure and civilian objects in our country. During the past day, objects and civilians in Brody, Nalivaykivka of Kyiv Oblast, Mykolaiv, and Nikopol were affected.

To deliver strikes, the enemy used cruise missiles, aviation rockets, air defense guided missiles, and Iranian-made unmanned aerial vehicles.

Overall, over the past day, occupiers delivered two missile and 16 aircraft strikes, carried out more than 70 shelling with multiple rocket launchers.

On Volynskyi and Polissky directions, the situation has not changed significantly.

On other directions, the enemy conducted shelling:

on the Severnianskyi direction — with mortars and field artillery in the areas of Ukrainian, Atynske, Velyka Rybitytsia of Sumy Oblast and Mykolaivka of Chernihiv Oblast;

on the Slobodianskyi direction — with mortars, field and rocket artillery in the areas of Strilechya, Horetsve, Starytsia, Hativshche, Dvorichna, and Grynykivka;

on the Kramatorskyi direction — with artillery of various types in the areas of Spirene, Terne, Zarychne, Nadia, Olhivka, Torske, Bihorivka, Yamopolyvka, and Travnove;

on the Bakhmutskyi direction — with tanks, mortars, field and rocket artillery along the entire line of confrontation. In particular, in the areas of Bilohorivka, Yakovlivka, Bakhmutse, Bakhmut, Ivanhrad, Zelenopillya, Solodar, Mayorove, Chasiv Yar, and Opitne;

on the Avdiyivskyi direction — with tanks and various caliber artillery in the areas of Avdiivka, Krasnogorivka, Vodyane, Mariinka, Novomykhailivka, Nevelske, Pervomaisk, Zolotaya Niva.

On Novopavlivskyi and Zaporizhzhian directions, the areas of Volnogdare, Novoukrayinka, Vremivka, Novoandriyivka, Novodanylivka, Dorozhnyanka, Hulyaypole, and Komishuvaha were shelled.

On the Pivdenobuzskyi direction, areas of populated places near the line of confrontation suffered from artillery fire. Directly from the enemy's fire, Nikopol and Vyschytarasivka were affected.

In the city of Enerhodar on October 10-11, an increase in the personnel strength of Russian occupation forces was noted on the territory of the nuclear power plant. According to available information, the occupiers are using the station as a base for accommodating personnel due to the fact that the object is not being shelled.

The enemy is strengthening regime measures. At checkpoints around Melitopol, together with ordinary military servicemen, representatives of the FSB are conducting thorough searches.

To replenish losses in manpower, Russian military leadership does not cease to practice recruiting mercenaries. In particular, citizens of other countries. It became known that on October 9 this year, 400 foreign fighters arrived at temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. They are planned to be engaged in combat operations on Ukrainian territory.

In addition, in Primorsko-Akhtarsk Krasnodar Krai, the dispatch of demobilized personnel to training centers of the Russian Federation's armed forces has been suspended until November 1. This is due to the fact that these facilities are not ready for accommodation, preparation and comprehensive support of a large number of personnel.

During the past day, subunits of the Defense Forces repelled enemy attacks in the directions of populated places Terne, Opitne, Veselye, Nevelske, Otradivka, Ivanhrad, Bakhmut, Nova Kamianka, and Suchy Stavok.

During the past day, aviation of the Defense Forces delivered 25 strikes. It was confirmed that more than 19 areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment were hit as well as six air defense missile complexes of the enemy. In addition, our subunits of anti-aircraft defense shot down five cruise missiles and nine UAVs.

Rocket forces and artillery over the day struck three command points, five areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment, two ammunition depots. The enemy's radio-electronic warfare station also fell into the zone of artillery fire.
