Note for your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on October 13, 2022 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The two hundred and thirty-second day of heroic resistance against Russia's large-scale invasion has begun.

The enemy is trying to hold temporarily occupied territories, concentrating efforts on attempts to disrupt counter-offensive actions of the Defense Forces at certain points, while also attempting offensive operations along the Bakhmut and Avdiivka axes.

The adversary is shelling our positions along the line of contact, conducting engineering equipment of positions and defense lines at certain points, and carrying out aerial reconnaissance.

Violating international humanitarian law, laws, and customs of war, it strikes critical infrastructure and civilian housing.

During the past day, occupiers delivered three missile and 21 air strikes, carried out 104 shelling with multiple rocket launch systems.

More than 40 populated areas and civilians suffered from enemy attacks. The adversary struck, among others, in the regions of Mykolaiv, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Bila Hora, Sipyntsi, Pavlivka, Mирное (Mirnoye), and Davidov Brod.

For this purpose, it used cruise missiles, aircraft, air defense guided rockets, and unmanned aerial vehicles of Iranian manufacture.

On the Volyn and Polesie axes, there are no significant changes in the situation.

At other points, the enemy carried out shelling:

on the Northern axis — with mortars and field artillery in the areas of populated places Myropillya, Seredina-Buda, Stukalivka, and Pavlivka;

on the Slobozhanskyi axis — with various types of artillery fire in the areas of populated places Bugruvatka, Grynykivka, Dvorychyna, Nova Vovcha, Strilecha, Udi, and Chervona Zoriya;

on the Kramatorskyi axis — with tanks, mortars, field and rocket artillery along the entire line of contact. Among others, near Bilohorivka, Zarichne, Novoye Yegorivka, Serbyanka, Sipyntsi, Terny, Toroshyne, and Yamopolivka;

on the Bakhmutskyi axis — with tanks and various caliber artillery along the entire line of contact. Among others, in the areas of populated places Bakhmut, Bakhmutse, Zelenopillya, Solodar, Mayorivka, New York, and Yakovlivka;

on the Avdiyivskyi axis — with tanks, mortars, field and rocket artillery in the areas of Avdiivka, Krasnogorivka, Marinka, Nevelsky, and Pervomaisk.

On the Novopavlivskyi and Zaporizhzhia axes, the enemy shelled more than 15 populated areas. Among them are Bogoyavlenska, Vremivka, Zaliznychne, Mikilske, Novopol, Novosilka, and Poltavka.

On the South Buzhskyi axis, more than 20 populated areas along the line of contact suffered from artillery fire.

During the past day, units of the Defense Forces repelled attacks by occupiers in the areas of populated places Bakhmutse, Ozaryanivka, Yavangrad, Bakhmut, and Marinka.

At certain points of combat operations, including in the Donetsk region, enemy units began receiving orders from higher command to temporarily halt offensive actions. The main reason is extremely low morale among new recruits, numerous cases of desertion among mobilized personnel, and non-compliance with military orders.

According to available information, near Tokmak city in Zaporizhzhia region, our units inflicted damage on three S-300 air defense missile systems along with their personnel. Wounded occupants were transported to a local hospital. In Kherson region, as a result of precise artillery strikes in the area of Tokarivka, enemy losses amounted to up to 150 people killed.

It is also known that the repair base of occupiers near the populated place Kalanchak daily accepts for repairs up to 30 units of damaged armored equipment suitable for repair.

The Air Force of Defense Forces carried out 32 strikes during the past day. Confirmed damage to more than 25 areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment, as well as seven air defense missile systems of the enemy. In addition, our anti-aircraft units shot down four helicopters and 26 drones.

Rocket forces and artillery over the past day damaged six command points, seven areas of concentration of manpower, weapons, and military equipment, four ammunition depots. The zone of artillery fire also included enemy artillery positions, REB (rocket and missile systems), and other military targets.
