President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about the situation on liberated territory and the work being done to ensure security guarantees for our country.

Conducted today's Supreme Commander-in-Chief meeting. Participants, as usual, are Reznikov, Zaluzhnyi, Syrski, Kovalevych, Litvinov, Yermak, Monastyrskyi, Kubrakov, Danilov, Lebid and others.

The first and main issue - reports from commanders by directions. Oleksandr Syrskiy reported on successes in Kharkiv region, Andriy Kovalevych - about the movement of our forces in the south.

Discussed the budget project for defense and security for next year.

Detailedly analyzed the situation on liberated territory of our country. As of now, stabilization measures have been completed in areas totaling over 4 thousand square kilometers, with stabilization still ongoing in approximately the same amount of liberated territory. Remnants of occupiers, sabotage groups are being discovered, collaborators are apprehended, full security is restored.

Border guards were tasked to ensure protection of state border on liberated territories.

Once again thank you to all our fighters who secured such a massive and swift defeat of occupiers in the territory of Kharkiv region!

By the way, signed today another decree awarding our soldiers. 153 participants of combat actions were awarded state awards, including 12 posthumously. All - for bravery in battles on the eastern part of our country: in Kharkiv region, in Donbas.

It is very important that along with our troops, along with our flag entering deoccupied territory comes normal everyday life. As an example - in Balakliya, in Grachyovo pension payments have already started being issued immediately after five months, at a time when we simply could not make the payments due to occupation. And all Ukrainian pensioners on liberated territory will receive their payments. Ukraine always fulfills its social obligations towards people.

Conducted today's meeting with defense ministers of Denmark and Estonia who arrived in Kyiv. Of course, talked about further support for our country, about further pressure on Russia. Thanked them for principled and consistent help in defending freedom and human lives.

Held talks with the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund Kristalina Georgieva. Thanked her for allocating an additional $1.4 billion support to our country. Discussed new cooperation program and overall financial stability of Ukraine.

We have results in our work on security guarantees for our country. Today, a package of recommendations by the international group under the leadership of Andriy Yermak and Anders Fogh Rasmussen was presented - exactly such recommendations are to become the basis of future security agreements that will give Ukrainians peace and ensure prevention of any war against Ukraine.

We are working so that the guarantors of our country's security would be the strongest entities in the free world. So that at multilateral and bilateral levels it is clearly defined who, how and when should react if there is any threat to state security of Ukraine. React with sanctions, arms supply, all necessary material and financial support.

The main thing - clear and legally binding steps, specific and timely actions, including preventive actions aimed at preventing war and cooling down the aggressor's intentions. That is everything that our country did not have before and because of which Russia was in an illusion that a war against Ukraine could get away with.

We have already built together with our partners a powerful anti-war coalition, including dozens of different countries. And now we are working on the most powerful states that are already helping us to become a peace coalition that will last permanently.

Spoke today with Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi. Informed him about the situation at the front lines, about our country's successes. We always emphasize: in every victory of Ukraine there is also a victory of those who together with us defend freedom, defend European values. Italy - among the strongest.

Very thoroughly discussed with Mr. Draghi the situation at Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, new Russian provocations. Thank you for understanding that demilitarization of ZAES is a fundamental condition for restoring radiation safety to all of us in Europe.
