The third UEFA European Under-19 Futsal Championship draw will take place in the odd year of 2023, as initially planned. Qualification is scheduled for January and March, with the final stage set to take place around September, according to UEFA.

The host of the next championship will be determined on September 20. In addition, seven national teams that will become known after the second qualification round, which will end by March 26, 2023, will participate in the final stage. The format of the final tournament remains the same: eight participants will play in two groups of four teams each, with the top two from each group advancing to the semifinals.

Drawing of the qualification: November 3, 2022.

Preliminary round: January 17—22, 2023.

Main round: March 21—26, 2023.

As a reminder, the inaugural European Under-19 Futsal Championship took place in Rijeka in 2019 and the second edition was held in Hain in 2022 — both times (2019, 2022) Spain's team emerged as champions. The second championship had initially been planned for 2021 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Ukraine national team participated in both final tournaments. In 2019, Vitaliy Odegov’s protégés secured third place in their group, while in 2022 they reached the semifinals.
