Note to your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on September 3, 2022 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

The ninetieth day of the heroic resistance of the Ukrainian nation against the Russian military invasion has begun.

The enemy continues to concentrate efforts on establishing full control over the territory of Donetsk Oblast, holding occupied areas in Kherson, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv regions.

During the past day, the adversary carried out six rocket and more than 20 air strikes on military and civilian objects within our country. Specifically, the affected populated areas were Poltavka, Pryshyb, Peremoha, Khrechenyvka, Osokoryivka, and Bilyhorod.

With the onset of night, the enemy intensified activities on the Bakhmutskyi, Avdiivskyi, Novopavlivskyi, and Zaporizhzhia fronts. The defense forces successfully repelled attacks by the enemy in the areas around populated places such as Bakhmutse, Kodema, Zaytseve, Avdiivka, Mariinka, and Vremyvka.

In particular, it was confirmed that enemy manpower was destroyed on the Zaporizhzhia front. According to intelligence data, a column of enemy vehicles, one of which was filled with bodies of the dead, was heading towards Berdiansk, where a crematorium is set up.

On the Volyn and Polesie fronts, the situation remains unchanged.

On the Northern front, the enemy shelled areas around populated places such as Senkivka in Chernihiv Oblast, Myropiliske, Porozok in Sumy Oblast.

On the Slobozhanskyi front, there were no significant changes. Units of the Defense Forces hold their positions and do not allow the enemy to advance deeper into our territory.

On the Kharkiv front, the enemy shelled areas around populated places such as Zolochiv, Velyki Prohody, Ruska Luhova, Rusky Tishky, Cherkas Tishky, Pryshyb.

On the Slovyanskyi front, artillery shelling from the occupiers affected populated places such as Velika Komisuvaha, Karnaukhivka, Verhopillya. The enemy did not conduct active offensive operations.

On the Kramatorskyi front, the enemy shelled areas around populated places such as Raiyhorodok, Severnyi, Spirene.

On the Bakhmutskyi front, from mortars, tanks, and artillery weapons, the enemy shelled areas around populated places such as Siversk, Bakhmut, Kodema.

On the Avdiivskyi front, shelling with tanks, mortars, and artillery weapons affected populated places such as Avdiivka, Vodiane, Veselye.

On the Novopavlivskyi front, the enemy did not conduct active offensive operations but shelled areas around populated places such as Mariinka, Velyka Novosilka, Neskyuchne, Ugliedar, Pavlivka.

On the Zaporizhzhia front, the enemy shelled objects in areas around populated places such as Novosilka, Zaliznychne, Hulyaypole, Chervone, Shcherbaki, Bilyhorod.

On the South Bug front, the enemy shelled areas around populated places such as Luhove, Andriyivka, Olhynne, Zelenyi Hai, Stepova Dolyna.

The defense forces successfully repelled the enemy's offensive in the areas of populated places Vysokopillya and Potiomyne.

During the day, air force units of our Defense Forces carried out more than 40 combat sorties to support ground formations. As a result, several command points of the enemy were destroyed along with an ammunition depot. A Bayraktar TB-2 unmanned aerial vehicle delivered a missile strike, resulting in the detonation of an ammunition stockpile and destruction of two units of armored equipment along with their crews.

Rocket forces and artillery units of our troops continue to carry out tasks for counter-battery warfare, disrupting enemy command systems and logistical support. Thus, over ten concentrations of enemy manpower were hit, including three platoon strongpoints. Three anti-aircraft missile complexes and several units of armored equipment belonging to the occupiers were destroyed.

The aggressor feels the unbreakable spirit of our people and their desire for the liberation of Ukrainian lands. This is especially noticeable in southern regions, where occupiers are strengthening filtration measures, thereby attempting to weaken patriotic sentiments among the population of temporarily occupied areas.
