Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about a new meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff and another Russian propaganda fake story regarding his person.

"I wish you good health, dear Ukrainians!

Today I held yet another meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff — this format brings together key leaders from the defense and security sectors.

We heard reports from the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate Kyrylo Budanov, as well as the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Oleksandr Litvinenko, Chief of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, Minister of Defense Oleksii Reznikov, and Minister of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrsky.

Directly from the frontlines, we were joined by Lieutenant-General Oleksandr Sirskyi, commander of the Ground Forces.

We discussed the current situation on the frontline and around Ukraine. We set tasks for certain tactical directions to strengthen our positions. And we thoroughly addressed questions about supplying new weapons to the troops — we need to increase the intensity of strikes against the enemy even more.

Participants in today's meeting agreed that we have significant potential for advancing our forces on the front and inflicting new heavy losses on occupiers.

Today, my Office Director Andriy Yermak and General Zaluzhnyi had another conversation with US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley.

In this format, key issues related to military cooperation between Ukraine and the United States are discussed on a regular basis in a two-to-two format.

I held talks with the President of Costa Rica — for the first time in our countries' history. I thanked him for supporting Ukraine — this is felt through resistance to Russian propaganda and sanctions.

And I will continue to do everything possible so that everyone around the world knows the truth about Russia's actions against Ukraine. Our diplomacy constantly creates new connections with countries that have not been at the center of Ukrainian foreign policy for a long time.

Tomorrow, we are expecting more news from Turkey — regarding the unblocking of our ports.

Against this backdrop of regular military-political and diplomatic activity, it was somewhat strange to hear today about an old-new Russian propaganda fake story about me. That supposedly I am in resuscitation, that my duties as Head of State are being carried out by Ruslan Stefanchuk.

Well, what can one say... Earlier almost every week, Russian propagandists and officials would throw out fakes about me supposedly leaving the country or not fulfilling my responsibilities. Then it stopped. And now they're throwing out such primitive things again. It seems that even the ammunition of lies in the occupiers is running out — unable to come up with anything new.

The available potential for all forms of Russian aggression, including offensive actions on the front and terror against our cities, will inevitably run out as well.

We will do everything we can to accelerate this. And it is precisely on this that we emphasize in all contacts with our partners.

Today, Russian troops once again shelled the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv with multiple rocket launchers — purely civilian objects. Residential buildings, trade pavilions, public transport. As of now, three deaths and over twenty injured are reported.

Also, from "Uragans," occupiers shelled the Sloviansk community in Donbas, hit Kramatorsk with "Iskanders."

And every such Russian strike is an argument for Ukraine to receive more "HIMARS" and other modern and effective weapons. Every such strike only strengthens our desire to defeat the occupiers — this will inevitably happen.

A few months ago, our expert group under the leadership of Yermak and McFaul proposed recognizing Russia's actions against Ukraine as genocide. And here is the first real result of First Lady Olena Zelenska's visit to the United States — senators Rick, Cardin, Wicker, Blumenthal, Portman, Schakowsky, and Graham introduced a resolution to recognize Russia's actions in Ukraine as genocide.

The resolution states that Russia's actions in Ukraine, including forced deportation to Russia and targeted killing of Ukrainian civilians during mass atrocities, are acts of genocide against the people of Ukraine. Senators presented the resolution shortly after Olena addressed Congress directly.

According to the draft document, the US Senate condemns Russia for committing acts of genocide against the people of Ukraine; calls on the United States and its NATO and EU allies to support the Ukrainian government in preventing further Russian genocidal acts against the Ukrainian people; supports tribunals and international criminal investigations to hold Russian political leaders and military personnel accountable for aggressive war, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide.

With all its terrorist attacks on Ukrainians and our state, Russia is only digging itself deeper.

I signed another decree awarding our soldiers tonight. 186 participants in combat operations were awarded state honors.

Eternal gratitude to all who fight for Ukraine!

Glory to Ukraine!"
