In the current five-year UEFA club ranking cycle, 'Shakhtar' and 'Dynamo' are respectively in 26th and 45th place.
Before starting the decisive season of the 2018/2019 to 2022/2023 five-year UEFA club competition cycle, leaders of Ukrainian football are positioned in the middle of third and fifth decades respectively and aim to break into the top-20 and top-40.
Ahead of 'Shakhtar' (56 points), which is 26th, are 'Bayern' (57), 'Benfica' (60), 'Napoli' (60)... 'Eintracht', which is on the 20th step, has 65 points.
'Dynamo' (34.5) is currently in 45th place. Ahead of it — PSV (35), to the 40th row ('Feyenoord') — only 2.5 points.
We add that 'Shakhtar's' highest achievement in history is the 12th position (2020), and for 'Dynamo' — 23rd (2018, 2019).
