After the Nations League match Ukraine — Ireland (1:1) in Łódź, Poland, at the LKS Stadium, our opponent's head coach Stephen Kenny shared his impressions with the media.

“Ukraine — is a very good team. I saw how Ukrainians prepared. High level. But we leave disappointed because we didn't get the win that we deserved. We played well, covered zones, combined play. Ukraine scored a goal that shouldn't have been there. We had moments when we kept the game in our hands, so to repeat myself, we are leaving very unsatisfied with the result.

However, I would like to pay tribute to the Ukrainian team, which, despite the war at home, holds first place in our group.”
