Note to your attention - operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on June 7, 2022, regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

The one hundred and fourth day of the heroic resistance of the Ukrainian nation against the Russian military invasion has begun.

On the Volyn and Polesie Directions, there is a threat of missile and aviation strikes from Belarusian territory. Within the framework of the Southern Operational Command, it is expected that the number of troops in the Republic of Belarus will increase to 80 thousand people. The equipping of military units with equipment and armaments is planned to be carried out using technical means stored in reserve.

On the Northern Direction, the enemy did not conduct active operations, no signs of creating strike groups were detected. With the aim of demonstrating presence and tying down Defense Forces troops, it continues to maintain up to three battalion tactical groups in border areas of Bryansk and Kursk regions. From Russian territory, mortar shelling of our units was carried out in the areas of Hodinka and Velyka Pysarivka villages in Sumy region.

On the Kharkiv Direction, the enemy focuses its main efforts on holding occupied positions, border areas north of Kharkiv, and preventing our troops from advancing. It is conducting remote mine-laying towards the direction of our troops' advance to Rubizhne.

On the Sloviansk Direction, the enemy focuses its main efforts on continuing the offensive in the directions of Izium and Sloviansk villages. It is attempting to advance towards Dovgenke and Dolyna villages.

The enemy shelled our troops' positions in the areas of Bazalivka, Brakhivka, Hrushuvaha villages. With the aim of clarifying the situation of our units and correcting artillery fire, it conducts aerial reconnaissance using UAVs.

On the Donetsk Direction, apart from artillery shelling, the enemy carried out air strikes with aircraft and helicopters. The main efforts of the aggressor were focused on Severodonetsk and Bakhmut directions.

On the Lyman Direction, the enemy did not conduct active combat operations. It delivered a missile strike at Mikhalivka village, 4 km east of Sloviansk.

The enemy continues to storm the city of Severodonetsk; combat operations are ongoing. Our soldiers inflict losses on the enemy.

On the Bakhmut Direction, Ukrainian troops successfully countered and repelled the enemy's offensive towards Nagirne, Berestove, Krynychne, Roti villages.

To strengthen its groupings in the directions of Popasna and Mikhalivka, the enemy is redeploying units.

On the Avdiivka, Kurakhiv, Novopavlivka, and Zaporizhzhia Directions, the enemy did not conduct active combat operations.

On the Southern Buzok Direction, the enemy focuses its main efforts on improving its tactical position, holding occupied positions, replenishing ammunition and fuel-oil materials. Ukrainian helicopters delivered strikes at enemy forces' concentrations in Kherson region, while aircraft targeted ammunition depots in Mykolaiv region. The enemy lost over 20 people and up to ten units of military equipment.

To restore the lost position, with artillery and air force support, the enemy carried out offensive actions towards Lozova - Bila Krinitsia but did not achieve success. To clarify our troops' positions, the enemy conducted aerial reconnaissance using UAVs.

In readiness to apply missile armament in the Black Sea waters, three carriers of cruise missiles of the sea-based type "Kalibr" are present.

Over the past day, defenders and defenderesses of Ukraine on Donetsk and Luhansk Directions repelled ten enemy attacks, destroyed one tank, three artillery systems, two armored combat vehicles, one vehicle, and two ammunition depots. Anti-aircraft defense units shot down two unmanned aerial vehicles of the "Orlan-10" type.
