The Ukrainian youth team in Istanbul continues to prepare for the final matches of the Euro-2023 (U-21) qualification group stage against the Faroe Islands, North Macedonia, France, and Armenia.
Coach Ruslan Rotan's wards continue working on a double training schedule and theoretical sessions. Yesterday, a player from Czech Slavia, Maxim Taloviyev, joined the team, while Bogdan Vyunnyk is expected to arrive on May 23rd, and Ivan Zhelizko on May 29th.

It is worth noting that the home matches against North Macedonia and France will be played in Istanbul at the "Ensinyurt Nedim Kadioglu" stadium, where local club "Istanbulspor" plays (capacity 4,500 spectators). Both matches will start at 19:45.
As for both away matches of Ruslan Rotan's wards, the match against Faroe Islands - Ukraine will take place in Torshavn on the "Torshovur" stadium (kickoff at 20:00 Kyiv time), while the game against Armenia - Ukraine will be held at the Yerevan Football Academy Stadium (kickoff at 18:00 Kyiv time).

In the final stage of Euro-2023 (U-21), 16 teams will participate — Romania and Georgia as hosts, plus 14 national teams that qualify through the preliminary rounds (nine group winners, one best runner-up, and four playoff winners).
Playoff: 20–27 September 2022.
Final tournament: june/july 2023.
The round-robin stage involving 16 teams will be hosted by four stadiums in Romania (two in Cluj-Napoca and two in Bucharest) and four in Georgia (in Batumi, Poti, and two in Tbilisi). The opening match will take place in Romania, while the final will be held in Georgia.
