The Ukrainian FIFA eFootball team in Group A will compete for a world ranking with teams from Austria, Serbia, Portugal, Ireland, Spain, Finland, and Switzerland.

The main round game series will last two days — May 19th and 20th. In total, the blue-and-yellow team will play 14 matches (seven home and seven away) in "2 on 2" mode of FIFA 22 on PlayStation 5. A win in a match will earn three points, a draw — one point.

To qualify for the FIFAe Nations Cup 2022 playoff round, the Ukrainian team, consisting of Andriy CIG_ST92 Shakalov, Yaroslav ECF_BlackStar98 Gurmak, and Oleksiy ForlanFS Mercer, needs to finish in the top six out of eight teams in their group.

The top four teams will participate in the round of 16 (upper bracket). Teams finishing fifth and sixth have a chance to continue fighting in the lower bracket — against teams that suffer defeats in the first matches of the round of 16.

Out of the 31 teams participating in the main qualification round, 14 will advance to the FIFAe Nations Cup 2022 playoffs. Playoff matchups, which also determine the composition of participants for the world championship of electronic football, will take place in June.

As tradition dictates, all matches featuring the Ukrainian eFootball team in the qualification round of the FIFAe Nations Cup 2022 will be broadcast live on the YouTube channel of the Ukrainian Football Association.

A decisive moment on the path to the FIFA championship is upon us, an event you cannot miss. Cheer for our team! Together we will triumph!
