The UEFA Executive Committee, of which Andriy Pavelko, president of the UAF, is a member, held a meeting today and adopted several decisions in addition to the resolution from February 28, 2022, excluding all Russian national teams and clubs from UEFA competitions until further notice. The decision was made with the aim of ensuring smooth conduct of tournaments under safe and peaceful conditions for all participants.

Russia has been excluded from the Nations League-2022/2023, the final tournament of Euro 2022 Women's Championship, European qualification for the women's World Cup 2023, Euro 2023 (U-21), UEFA club competitions in the 2022/2023 season (Champions League, Europa League, Conference League, Women’s Champions League, UEFA Youth League), the final tournament of Euro 2022 women's futsal championship, qualification for the Euro 2023 women's futsal championship, Futsal Champions League-2022/2023, European qualification for the men's World Cup 2024 futsal, youth and girls' tournaments in the 2022/2023 season (European Championships U-17, U-19, WU-17, WU-19), UEFA Regions League-2022/2023.

The UEFA Executive Committee also noted in its press release, among other things, that the Russian Football Union's (RFU) applications to host Euro 2028 and Euro 2032 are deemed invalid according to Article 16.02 of the regulations on bidding for finals and final stages of UEFA competitions, which states: "Each party making an application must act in such a way as not to cause potential damage to the reputation of UEFA, the final or the final stage of a UEFA competition, another applicant (or officer or representative of any of the above), the bidding process, or European football."
