Despite the Russian invasion, which led to the suspension of Ukraine's championship in all leagues, football life in our country continues — particularly at an amateur level. On April 29 in Theofipol, Khmelnytskyi Oblast, charity matches were held during which funds were collected for the needs of Ukrainian defenders.

First, the local stadium "Kolos" saw teams of football veterans from Theofipol and Krasilov. They had already met on April 16 in Krasilov, where the victory went to the Krasilov team with a score of 2:1. This time as well, the match ended in a draw — 1:1.

Then, the Theofipol "Spark" and Krasilov "Sluch" teams faced each other. They also played a draw on April 16 in Krasilov with a score of 2:2, and in the penalty shootout, "Sluch" was stronger. And now these teams met again in Theofipol. Once more, after a goalless result during regular time (1:1), the Krasilov club won in the series of eleven-meter penalties — 4:3.
After the matches on the stadium, it was announced that 20 thousand 347 Ukrainian hryvnias were collected for the needs of Ukrainian defenders. Additionally, over 5 thousand were raised for displaced children who are in the community.
