The movement of divisions withdrawn from Polesie and Sivershchina to new operational areas continues. The redeployment of troops from the Central Military District from Ukrainian territory has been completed. A significant part of aircraft and helicopters of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Federation has been relocated from airfields in the Republic of Belarus to Russian territory.
Using separate units from the 6th and 20th Combined Arms Armies, 1st Tank Army, Baltic and Northern Fleets, the enemy is concentrating its main efforts on preparing for resumption of offensive actions as well as attempts to encircle the Joint Forces. The adversary is replenishing food supplies, fuel-oil materials, and ammunition.
Russian occupiers continue to block Kharkiv, with constant artillery shelling further destroying residential quarters and infrastructure of the city.

Also, using a battalion tactical group from the 1st Tank Regiment, they attempted an advance towards the populated area of Suligivka but did not succeed.
To improve troop movement in this direction and ensure crossing over the Siverskyi Donets River, the enemy is carrying out work to restore a bridge in Izium city.
