Media service MEGOGO will broadcast the second match of Ukraine's women's national team in European qualifying for the 2027 World Cup against Spain, which will take place tomorrow, March 7, in Antalya, Turkey at the Maradana stadium.

Megogo media service will stream the second match of the Ukrainian women's national team in European qualifying for the 2027 World Cup against Spain, which will take place tomorrow, March 7th, in Antalya, Turkey at the 'Maradan' stadium.

The match will be available on the OTT platform 'Sport' subscription packages and all MEGOPACK bundles, as well as on the Megogo Sport TV channel via terrestrial T2 and cable networks. Additionally, a live stream of the match will be available on UAFA's YouTube channel.

Kick-off is scheduled for 19:00 Kyiv time.

At 18:30, a pre-match studio will begin and continue during breaks and after the game.

It's worth noting that Spain's national team leads the FIFA world rankings and is currently the reigning World Champions.

It's worth noting that the FIFA Council has approved that the 2027 Women's World Cup in Brazil will take place from June 24 to July 25. The 29 direct qualifiers from 32 will be distributed as follows:

  • Europe — 11;
  • Asia — 6;
  • Africa — 4;
  • CONCACAF — 4;
  • Southern America — 3 (Brazil qualifies automatically from this quota);
  • Oceania — 1.

The last three teams will be determined in the play-off tournament involving 10 national teams. The tournament consists of two stages with the following quotas:

  • Europe — 1;
  • Asia — 2;
  • Africa — 2;
  • CONCACAF — 2;
  • Southern America — 2;
  • Oceania — 1.

The first stage of the play-off tournament will take place in October–December 2026, and the second in February 2027.

European qualifying for the 2027 World Cup

The European qualification will take place in three stages. The group round matches will be held on March 3rd and 7th, April 14th and 18th, June 5th and 9th, 2026, in three leagues — A (16 teams), B (16) and C (21).

The starting position of each team in the leagues is determined based on the results of Nations League 2025. Ukraine will participate in League A.

The top four teams from Group A of the League will qualify directly for the World Cup 2027.

The remaining quotas will be distributed in the play-off rounds in October–December 2026. In the first round, teams that occupy second and third places in League A will play against winners of six groups from League C and the best teams that occupy second place there. Eight winners advance to the next round.

The last four teams from League A and the top four winners from Group B will play against the third and fourth teams from Group B respectively. Eight winners advance to the next round.

In the second round, 16 teams will meet in eight pairs. Seven best winners qualify for the World Cup, while the eighth has to participate in an intercontinental play-off.
