The dates and venue for the Euro 2026 (U-19) elite round qualifying matches involving Ukraine's youth team (players born in 2007 or later) have been determined.
The team under Dmitriy Mikhaylenko, which secured first place in its qualifying group, was drawn into the first pot. As a result of the draw, Ukraine found itself in Group 5, where they will face teams from Romania, Kazakhstan, and Northern Ireland.
It is already known that the tournament in our group will take place from March 25 to March 31 in Romania.
Euro 2026 (U-19). Elite round qualifying
Group 1: Germany, Austria, Greece, Sweden.
Group 2: England, Portugal, Poland, Serbia.
Group 3: Croatia, France, Norway, Switzerland.
Group 4: Czech Republic, Denmark, Belgium, Latvia.
Group 5: Ukraine, Romania, Kazakhstan, Northern Ireland.
Group 6: Italy, Turkey, Slovakia, Hungary.
Group 7: Spain, Netherlands, Finland, Slovenia.
Matches in seven groups will take place from March 23 to March 31. The winners of the elite round groups will join the host, Wales, in the final stage, which runs from June 28 to July 11.
The draw for the final tournament is scheduled for April 16.
