The 12th round of the Ukrainian Premier League season-2025/2026 has concluded, and all matches were not only decisive but ended without any draws.

The most goal-laden match took place in Lviv, where league leader Shakhtar Donetsk defeated newcomer Poltava with a score of 7-1. This victory allowed Arda Turan's charges to pull away from their closest pursuers, Polissya and LNZ, by four points.

Moreover, the Cherkasy club became the author of the biggest upset of the round — Vitaliy Ponomaryov's team inflicted a 1-0 defeat on current champion Dynamo Kyiv in Kiev.

In the race for top scorers, there is a two-way tie: Mykola Hayduchik (Polissya) and Pylyp Budkivskyi (Zorya) each have six goals and lead the list of best snipers.

Players called up by Serhiy Rebrov for Ukraine's U21 team matches against France (November 13) and Iceland (November 16) participated in this round: Taras Mykhalko, Oleksandr Karavaev, and Mykola Shaparenko (substituted on at the 65th minute) for Dynamo; Dmytro Riznyk, Mykola Matviyenko, Yurym Konoplia, Oleh Ocheretynko (goal), and Valeriy Bondar (substituted on at the 85th minute) for Shakhtar; and Yevhenii Volynets, Bohdan Mykhailichenko, and Oleksiy Hutsulak for Polissya.

The next, 13th round of the UPL will start on Friday, November 21 and last four days.
