Today, September 23, the Ukraine U-16 youth team (players born in or after 2010) will play a friendly match against "Metalist 1925" U-17 as part of their training camp.

Our team's training camp, which is taking place in Kyiv at the V. Bannikov National Training Center, began on September 22 and will run until September 27. During this period, the Ukraine U-16 national team will play two friendly matches.

The head coach of the blue-and-yellow team, Volodymyr Samborskyi, has invited 23 players to participate in the camp.

"This is the first time the team gathered last December, playing an international tournament almost without a training process. Now I would call future work more educational and selection-oriented. This is the youngest national team of Ukraine, so you need to keep your finger on the pulse constantly," noted Volodymyr Samborskyi the day before.
