Eight matches of the 2025/2026 Ukrainian Cup Round of 32 took place. As a reminder, in this tournament, 68 teams are participating, including 21 amateur teams.

The central matchup took place in Bila Tserkva, where the local club hosted the current national champion and last year's cup finalist — Kyiv's Dynamo. The match lived up to expectations: the battle lasted until the final seconds, but in a goal exchange, the visitors emerged victorious — 2:1.

The reigning trophy holder, Donetsk Shakhtar, started their campaign in Bucha against amateur Polissya (Stavki) from Kyiv Oblast. Despite the different status of the teams, the game was intense. The hosts held out until halftime but eventually conceded a goal that proved decisive — 1:0.

The real sensation occurred on Thursday, September 18. First League Bukovyna won at home against Lviv Karpaty (1:0), eliminating a Premier League representative already in the Round of 32.

Players from the national team participated in these matches as well. For Dynamo, Vladyslav Dubynchak, Mykola Shaparenko, and Nazar Voloshin played, along with Volodymyr Bratchok and Oleksandr Pichalonok (the scorer), who were on the reserve list for the national team. In Shakhtar's lineup, Valeri Bondar came on as a substitute in the 62nd minute.

Another eight Round of 32 matches will take place on September 23 and 24.
