Igor Moskovich's wards will play against the current European vice-champions on September 19th and 21st. Both matches will take place in Las Rozas — a suburb of Madrid, where Spain’s national teams’ training base is located.

We remind you that in the semifinals of the previous youth European futsal championship, Ukraine's U-19 team lost to Spanish counterparts. Back then, our team narrowly lost to "La Furia Roja" with a score of 2:3.

It is worth noting that the final stage of Euro-2025 (U-19) will take place in Moldova's capital, Chisinau, from September 28th to October 5th.

We remind you that Ukraine's U-19 futsal team, having successfully performed in the main round of Euro-2025 qualification, qualified for one of four European championships.

Within Group 5 of the main round of Euro-2025 (U-19) qualification, which was held in Vrnjacka Banja, Serbia, blue-and-yellow convincingly defeated Montenegro (9:2) and Netherlands (6:2), and narrowly won the decisive match against hosts (1:0). Thus, Ukrainians secured first place in their group and qualified for the European championship.
