Today, on June 1st, in the final of the Euro-2025 U-17 tournament in Albania's Tirana, France and Portugal national teams met. In the end, Portugal secured its seventh title in its history.

It is worth noting that the main referee of the match was Ukrainian Oleksiy Derevynsky, and one of his assistants' duties were carried out by another compatriot, Oleksiy Myronov.

The Ukraine U-17 team also participated in Euro 2025. The team led by Oleksandr Sitnik finished third in their group during the second qualifying round. Unfortunately, they did not advance to the final tournament but retained their place in League A.
