By agreement with UEFA and the Polish Football Association, a stadium has been designated for the women's national team match between Ukraine and Czech Republic in the third round of the 2025 Nations League. 

The game scheduled for April 4 will take place in the city of Polkowice at Municipal Stadium (Stadion Miejski w Polkowicach), which is the home ground of local club "Gornik."  

The start time of the game will be announced separately.

The group stage will determine which four teams from League A advance to the final round (which now consists of two-legged ties), as well as who will be promoted or relegated between leagues ahead of the European qualifier for the 2027 Women's World Cup in Brazil.

Winners of Groups B and C will move up to Leagues A and B, respectively. The bottom teams from Leagues A and B, as well as two worst third-placed teams from League B will be relegated to Leagues B and C accordingly. Third-place teams in League A will play against second-place teams in League B, while the top two third-place teams in League B will face off against the top two teams in League C.

Semifinals (two matches): October 22-28, 2025.

Final/Third Place Play-off (two matches): November 26 — December 2, 2025.
