A working meeting took place between representatives of the UEFA Committee of Referees and the head of the Academy of Referees of the UAF with the heads of regional referees committees and football referees schools

According to the department's arbitration work plan, on February 26, a working meeting was held via a Zoom conference involving the head of the UAFA Arbitration Committee Kateryna Monzul, the head of the UAFA Football Referees Academy Yuri Mosiychuk, and other committee members along with heads of regional referees committees and regional football referees schools.

According to the work plan of the Arbitration Department, on February 26 in a Zoom conference, a working meeting was held with the participation of the head of the Committee of Referees of the Ukrainian Football Association (UFA) Kateryna Monzul, the head of the UFA Football Referees Academy Yuri Mosiychuk, and other committee members along with heads of regional referees committees and regional football referees schools.

One of the main issues discussed at this event was determining paths in the context of key directions related to recruitment, support, and organization of training processes for young referees, initially defined in the concept of improving the system of preparation of football referees for competitions in Ukraine for 2025–2028 and regulations on the UFA Football Referees Academy.

During the discussion, a member of the UFA Committee of Referees responsible for cooperation with regional centers, Ihor Khilbin, addressed the participants, drawing special attention to improving the quality of organization and control over all-Ukrainian competitions of the Ukrainian Youth Football League (DЮФЛУ).
