A working meeting took place at the House of Football involving officers of security from clubs of Ukraine's Premier League and first league, representatives of the Ukrainian Association of Football, and the National Police of Ukraine.

A working meeting took place at the Football House with the participation of security officers from clubs in Ukraine's Premier League and First League, representatives of the Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF), and the National Police of Ukraine.

The main topic was discussing the provision of safety on stadiums and organizing football matches under martial law conditions.

Key issues discussed:

— a comprehensive approach to stadium infrastructure and security measures (reviewed current requirements and recommendations for preparing sports arenas for matches);

— risk analysis in wartime conditions (participants discussed potential threats and measures to minimize them);

— requirements for club security officers (defined necessary qualification criteria and areas of responsibility for individuals responsible for match safety);

— staff preparation (special attention was given to the training of stewards and security personnel from clubs, their interaction with police and other structures);

— maintaining law and order during matches (discussed procedures for handling emergencies as well as coordination mechanisms between clubs, UAF, and law enforcement agencies);

— requirements for stadiums (participants received updated information on stadium categorization and inspection processes);

— incident analysis (reviewed problematic situations that occurred during matches and identified ways to prevent them in the future);

— club accreditation process (discussed personnel requirements for football clubs regarding compliance with safety standards).

Representatives of the National Police emphasized the importance of close cooperation with club security officers and UAF, as well as stressed the need to adhere to regulatory requirements during match organization.

Based on the meeting results, recommendations were formed for clubs to enhance safety levels at stadiums and effective work of relevant services. The UAF will continue active cooperation with all interested parties to ensure safe conduct of football competitions in Ukraine.
