The Ethics and Fair Play Committee of the UAF reminded participants about the current requirements for adhering to the Code of Ethics and Fair Play

Before the start of the second part of the 2024/2025 football season, representatives of the Ethics and Fair Play Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association are conducting preventive work in professional leagues to remind participants of the current requirements for adhering to the Code of Ethics and Fair Play.

Before the start of the second part of the 2024/2025 football season, representatives of the Ethics and Fair Play Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association are conducting preventive work in professional leagues to remind participants about the current requirements for adhering to the Code of Ethics and Fair Play.

These events covered all process participants, and clubs were sent a special letter reminding them of their obligation to adhere to the Code of Ethics and Fair Play.

 

Representatives of the Committee also met with referees and assistant referees who will work on matches in the second part of the 2024/2025 season. Referees received instructions regarding their interaction with the Committee. The main principles of work and algorithms for responding to breaches of fair play by all participants were also reviewed.

In addition, the Ethics and Fair Play Committee of the UFA held individual consultations with representatives of FC "Ruh" and FC "Karpaty" regarding their joint statement at the end of last year about joining forces starting from the 2025/2026 season. The leaders of both clubs explained their position, while the Committee reminded them of their obligations to adhere to the Code and the principle of sportsmanship.
