On the 17th and 18th, Oleh Ivanov and Viacheslav Daragan will be observers for the Malta vs Finland and Denmark vs Albania matches respectively. On December 18, Marina Kyriluk will represent Ukraine as a UEFA delegate at the Portugal vs Netherlands match.
