The first ever gathering of the youngest Ukrainian national team, U-15, has begun. The blue and yellow team is heading to Portugal for the UEFA Development Tournament. In addition to the hosts, our team will face teams from Italy and Turkey.

Under the leadership of Dmitry Mykhaylenko, 22 football players will participate in this stage of preparation.

Composition of the Ukrainian Youth Team U-15

Goalkeepers: Dmytro Pozhar («Dynamo» Kyiv), Vladyslav Maksimenko («Ruh» Lviv), Danylo Sychov («Kryvbas» Kryvyi Rih).

Defenders: Maxim Misyura, Kyrylo Savchenko, Mykita Bohatyri (all — «Shakhtar» Donetsk), Danyil Shevchuk, Vladyslav Dziubenko (both — «Dynamo» Kyiv), Kostiantyn Kislyanka («Ruh» Lviv), Illia Yablonskyi («Sporting», Portugal).

Midfielders: Danylo Dyachok, Vsevolod Borisov, Artem Valigurskiy, Zahar Osymukhin (all — «Dynamo» Kyiv), Illia Birladyanu, Kiryl Rotar, Dmytro Melchenko (all — «Shakhtar» Donetsk), Myroslav Donik («LNZ» Cherkasy), Artem Rybak («Barcelona», Spain), Zahar Hetmanov («Feyenoord», Netherlands).

Forwards: Kirill Sarichev («Shakhtar» Donetsk), Illia Bodak («Ruh» Lviv).

The tournament will take place at the Cidade do Futebol sports complex in Lisbon. According to the regulations, each team can register 22 players (boys born no later than 2010), with four of them being allowed to be born in 2009.
