Nations League. Serhiy Rebrov: "We know Belgium well, having faced them at EURO 2024"
Ukraine’s head coach, Serhiy Rebrov, shared his thoughts exclusively with the UAF press service on today’s draw for the play-offs to secure a spot in League A of the 2026/2027 cycle. The draw pitted Ukraine against Belgium.
“The draw is always a challenge, especially when it involves teams of the caliber of Belgium. We know this team well, having already faced them at EURO 2024, so we have an idea of their playing style and strengths.
Without a doubt, this will be a tough battle. No weak opponents in the Nations League play-offs for promotion to League A. Teams like Serbia, Belgium, Hungary, and Scotland are all part of the elite group. Therefore, we view each match against such opponents as an opportunity to test ourselves and take a step forward,” noted Serhiy Rebrov.
The play-off matches are scheduled for March 20 and March 23, 2025.
