Defender of Dynamo Kyiv, Oleksandr Tymchyk, has been forced to leave the Ukraine national team’s training camp in Turkey ahead of the upcoming UEFA Nations League matches.
In his place, the coaching staff has called up an absolute debutant for the national team — defender Oleksiy Sych from Rukh Lviv.
The Ukrainian team will continue their preparations in Turkey until November 15, before traveling to Batumi for their next match. On the same day, pre-match media activities will take place (with details on time and location to follow). On November 16, Ukraine will face Georgia at Adjara Bet Arena in the fifth match of Group B1, kicking off at 19:00 Kyiv time. It’s worth noting that the ticket quota for Ukrainian fans for this match has already sold out.
The next day, on November 17, the team will travel to Tirana. The traditional pre-match media activities will be held on November 18 (details to be confirmed). On November 19, Ukraine will conclude its group stage matches against Albania at Air Albania Stadium, with the game set to kick off at 21:45 Kyiv time. Tickets for Ukrainian fans for this final match are still available for purchase.
