The first half was even, but on the 16th minute after Sukhov's mistake, Mukhidin put the Spaniards ahead. After halftime, Heil increased Cartagena's lead, and then Braga sealed it. The Ukrainians equalized at the 32nd minute—Abakshin scored. However, in the end, another loss—1:4.

Considering the result of the other match, the Ukrainian team has lost its chances to advance from the group. The final round game will be held on October 26 against Polish «Rekord» (kickoff at 6 PM Kyiv time).

The top three teams from each group advance to the elite round based on mini-tournament results. In the Group Stage of Path B—also four groups of four participants—the winners of the quartets alone will proceed to the elite round.

Group stage matches conclude on October 26. The draw for the elite round takes place on October 31, and games among the top sixteen teams will be played from November 26 to December 1. The group winners will compete for the title in spring 2025.
