The final tournament of Euro-2025 (U-19) in futsal will take place from September 28 to October 5, 2025 at the "Chisinau Arena" in Moldova. The qualification draw will be held on November 31 (start time - 15:15 Kyiv time).

In the previous round, ten countries with the lowest UEFA ranking will be divided into three groups (one group of four teams and two groups of three). The winners of these groups will advance to the main round.

The main round features 25 of the best national teams from the UEFA ranking and the three winners of the previous round. They will be divided into seven groups of four teams each. The group winners will join Moldova in the final tournament.

The Ukrainian youth team, which holds third place in the ranking, is placed in the fifth seeding pot for the main round along with Spain, Poland, Slovenia and Italy.

This is the fourth edition of the European Championship among U-19 youth teams in futsal. The qualification matches will take place in January and March 2025. Seven teams will be determined to join the host country. The final tournament will consist of two groups of four teams each, with two from each group advancing to the semi-finals.

The inaugural European Championship among youth teams took place in Rijeka in 2019. The second edition was held in Hain (originally planned for 2021 but postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic), and the third one in Poreč in 2023. Spain won both editions in 2019 and 2022, while Portugal claimed victory in 2023.

The Ukrainian team participated in all three final tournaments. In 2019, Vitaliy Odegov's protégés secured third place in their group, and in 2022 they were stopped at the semi-finals stage. In 2023, Igor Moskvin's team also reached the semi-final stage.
