Champions League. Trubin's convincing home victory and Lunin's narrow away defeat

In the second leg of the main round of the revamped Champions League 2024/2025, two goalkeepers from the Ukraine national team played full matches in their respective teams, both called up by Serhiy Rebrov for October's Nations League fixtures. Portuguese "Benfica" with Anatoliy Trubitsyn on their pitch thrashed Spanish "Atlético" (4:0), while Madrid-based "Real" Andriy Lunin suffered a defeat away to French "Lille" (0:1). The hosts scored the winning goal from a penalty.

In the second round of the main stage of the revamped Champions League 2024/2025, two goalkeepers called up by Serhiy Rebrov for Ukraine's October Nations League matches played full matches with their respective teams.
